Our Project Management team is critical to Conlan, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Project Engineer

You'll support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and documentation. This role helps track submittals, RFIs, and change orders, keeping projects on schedule and budget. It’s perfect for those starting their career who want hands-on experience with the technical and administrative aspects of commercial projects.

Project Manager

Lead all phases of construction, from pre-construction to close-out. You’re responsible for budgets, schedules, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors. Work with the Superintendent to solve problems and deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget, while building strong relationships.

Assistant Project Manager

Help keep projects on track by supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent. You’ll assist with budgeting, track deliveries, prepare contracts, and solve problems. This role is ideal for those ready to build a career in project management and collaborate with field teams.

Preconstruction Manager

Lead project planning and budgeting before construction begins. You'll manage estimates, bid packages, and subcontractor scopes. This role is for experienced professionals who enjoy problem-solving, financial management, and collaborating to set projects up for success from the ground up.

Our Field Management professionals drive every project forward by managing on-site operations and coordinating teams to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. Field Engineer

Support the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent on active construction sites. You'll assist with project layout, tracking quantities, daily reports, and safety documentation. This role is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with field management and construction processes.

Superintendent

Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are built safely, on schedule, and to a high quality. You'll supervise field teams, manage site logistics, and solve problems. This role is for experienced professionals who enjoy leading teams and taking ownership of project success.

Assistant Superintendent

Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate daily field operations. You’ll help oversee site activities, schedule subcontractors, and monitor quality and safety. This is a hands-on role for those with field experience who are ready to step into a leadership position.

Safety Manager

Oversee all aspects of jobsite safety on large commercial projects. You'll develop and implement safety plans, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance. This role is for experienced safety professionals who are passionate about maintaining a proactive safety culture in the field.
