That has been our philosophy since Gary Condron founded Conlan in 1987, when we were a small commercial contractor working around the growing metro Atlanta area. Satisfied clients became long-term relationships that led to more work – a trend that continues to define our growth story.

Over the years we’ve grown our relationships and footprint, building from the East Coast to California and opening additional offices in Florida and Texas. Although Conlan is a nationally recognized general contractor and a leader in light industrial construction, we still approach every opportunity like it’s our only one and every client as a valued partner.

THE CONLAN WAY

In 1987, Gary Condron sat down at his kitchen table and wrote down six core commitments. These are the very promises we make to our clients and to each other, and they’ve driven every decision we’ve made since our inception. They form the core of who we are, the pillars of what we do, and the foundation for the reputation we’ve built. They are the Conlan Way.
