Field Management Internship

You’ll get a real, hands-on look at how a project gets built from the ground up—from the site logistics, safety, quality control, and daily reporting. This is where you learn how to make a real impact and learn the ins and outs of what it takes to get the job done. This isn’t just about watching; it’s about doing.

Project Management Internship

This internship is for future project managers who want to build a solid foundation in the planning, coordination, and communication that makes a project successful. You’ll be right there with our project management team in one of our offices, handling the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything on track.

Safety Management Internship

You’ll be an essential part of the safety team, helping to implement and monitor the practices that keep our jobsites running safely. Each project typically has a PM, APM, and PE in the office, and a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and sometimes a Field Engineer on site. Very large or very small projects may require larger or smaller teams.

Conlan has become a trusted name with repeat customers in light industrial construction across the Southeastern U.S. Most of our projects are in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, the Carolinas, and Virginia. That said, we’re licensed to operate in over 30 states.

We take a co-captain approach to every project, where Superintendents and Project Managers work together, share input, and make decisions collaboratively. This helps reduce the chances of friction points and creates a more cohesive experience throughout the project.
